Uses: Our dried pepper pods are so much safer to handle than fresh Carolina Reapers. Easier to store, no fresh pepper spoilage, etc. However, understand you are handling the hottest chili pepper in the world so wear gloves and avoid touching your face.
To use, So EASY - simply reconstitute the dried pod(s) by soaking in hot water (or stock?) or add them directly to your liquid based recipes for an authentic fiery kick.
