What is the Moruga Scorpion Chili Pepper?

The Moruga Scorpion chili pepper is believed to be a naturally occurring crossbreed between different pepper varieties. It's thought to have originated in the Moruga region of Trinidad and Tobago, a Caribbean Island nation, where various pepper plants with different genetics can intermingle due to natural pollination. The pepper gained significant attention in the chili pepper community due to its extreme heat. It held the World’s Hottest Pepper Title from 2011 to 2013.

Heat and Flavor:  The Moruga Scorpion pepper is renowned for its scorching heat.
