Appearance: Moruga Scorpion pepper plants are relatively small but bushy, typically growing up to 3 feet (0.9 meters) in height. The peppers are usually elongated, with a pointy tail like a scorpion, and can reach lengths of 2 to 3 inches (5 to 7.6 centimeters). They start green and ripen to various colors, including red, orange, or brown.

1. Fiery Moruga Scorpion Hot Wings:

Ingredients:

• 2 pounds chicken wings
• 2 tablespoons Moruga Scorpion Chili fermented mash
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Vegetable oil for frying
• Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).

In a small saucepan, cook the Moruga Scorpion Chili fermented mash for 10 minutes at 180-degree F. In a bowl, combine the Moruga Scorpion Chili fermented mash, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a spicy sauce.

Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
